Our whole lambs hang at approximately 55 lbs and are processed locally at Gunter Brothers. Every animal is pasture-raised start to finish, with free-choice access to both grass and a carefully formulated, non-GMO grain ration. This balanced approach supports healthy lambs, steady growth, and meat with beautiful marbling, clean flavour, and excellent depth.
Lambs are booked for October 22 at Gunter’s. A deposit will secure your lamb for this processing date.

$10.00/lb based on the hanging weight, paid to us (approximately 55 lbs per lamb). Your deposit know secures your fall lamb and once your hanging weights are in, a final bill, less your deposit will be do
