2026 Whole Lamb - deposit

Our whole lambs hang at approximately 50 lbs and are processed locally at Gunter Brothers. Every animal is pasture-raised start to finish, with free-choice access to both grass and a carefully formulated, non-GMO grain ration. This balanced approach supports healthy lambs, steady growth, and meat with beautiful marbling, clean flavour, and excellent depth.

Lambs are booked for processing at Gunter’s once pre-orders are full. A deposit will secure your lamb for our spring processing dates.

2026 Pricing

  • Our lamb is priced at $10.00/lb on the hanging weight, paid to the ranch at the time of harvest. Hanging weights average around 50 lbs per lamb, though weights vary. Please let us know if you prefer a lighter or heavier carcass and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A deposit secures your lamb, and your final total—minus the deposit—will be invoiced once the hanging weight is confirmed. Payment is required to prior to picking up your lamb from Gunter’s.

  • In addition, Gunter Brothers charges a separate slaughter, custom cutting, and wrapping fee, which you pay directly to them when you arrange your cutting instructions. This allows you to choose exactly how your lamb is cut and packaging to suit your needs.

  • We know custom cutting can feel unusual the first time you do it because it’s different from simply buying pre‑packaged meat. With this system, the ranch bills you for the lamb itself, and Gunter Brothers bills you for the processing work. It’s a normal setup for butcher‑direct meat and gives you complete control over how your order is cut and wrapped.
